Investeerimisettevõte OÜ Griffen SPV ja OÜ HHL Rühm sõlmisid aktsiate müügilepingu muudatuskokkuleppe ning OÜ Griffen SPV omandab täiendavalt ASi Ekspress Grupp aktsiaid

20.04.2010 vormistasid ASi Ekspress Grupp juhatuse esimehe Gunnar Kobini juhitav investeerimisettevõte OÜ Griffen SPV ning ASi Ekspress Grupp nõukogu liikme Hans H. Luige investeerimisfirma OÜ HHL Rühm 16.11.2009 sõlmitud aktsiate müügilepingu täiendamise kokkuleppe, mille kohaselt on tehingu hinnaks 15,6 krooni aktsia eest. Täiendavalt sõlmiti eelkokkulepe, mille kohaselt omandab OÜ Griffen SPV 80 127 ASi Ekspress Grupp aktsiat hinnaga 15,6 krooni aktsia eest. Investment company OÜ Griffen SPV and OÜ HHL Rühm concluded an amendment agreement to previously signed Share Purchase Agreement and Griffen SPV will acquire additional shares of AS Ekspress Grupp

On 20 April 2010, OÜ Griffen SPV, an investment company under the control of Gunnar Kobin, the Chairman of the Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp, and OÜ HHL Rühm, an investment company under the control of Hans H. Luik, a Supervisory Board member of AS Ekspress Grupp, signed an amendment to the Share Purchase Agreement concluded on 16 November 2009. According to the amendment, the price for one share of AS Ekspess Grupp is EUR 1. In addition, the parties signed a Preliminary Agreement under which OÜ Griffen SPV will acquire 80 127 shares of AS Ekspress Grupp for EUR 1 per share.
