Teade
26. veebruaril 2010 toimunud korralistel AS-i A-Selver ja "SIA Selver Latvia" nõukogu koosolekutel kutsuti tagasi AS-i A-Selver ning SIA "Selver Latvia" ettevõtte juhatuse liige Iivi Saar. Eeltoodud samm on põhjendatud Läti tütarettevõtte tegevuse külmutamisega ja sellest tuleneva ettevõtte juhtimisstruktuuri lihtsustamisega. Ettevõtete juhatuse liikmena jätkab Andres Heinver. At its ordinary meetings, held on February 26, 2010, the supervisory board of AS A-Selver and SIA Selver Latvia decided to recall the member Iivi Saar of the management board of AS A-Selver and SIA Selver Latvia. This step is justified by the freezing process of the Latvian subsidiary and the subsequent simplification of the management structure of the company.
