Investment company OÜ Griffen SPV, lead by Gunnar Kobin, the Chairman of the
Board of AS  Ekspress Grupp, today acquired 240 385 shares of Ekspress Grupp
for 20.80 EEK per share. 

The shares were sold by investment company OÜ HHL Rühm.
