28. septembri 2009. aasta Merko Ehitus nõukogu koosolekul kiideti heaks juhatuse ettepanek pakkuda järgneva 12 kuu jooksul ettevõtte vahenditest kuni 300 miljoni krooni ulatuses klientidele kaasfinantseerimist uute sõlmitavate ehituslepingute puhul ning samuti rahastada uute kinnistute ostmist. Investeeringute tegemisel tuleb Merko Ehitus juhatusel lähtuda järgnevatest prioriteetidest: 1) Avaliku sektori PPP projektides osalemine; 2) Europrojektide avaliku sektori kaasfinantseeringu rahastamine ehitusprojektides; 3) Perspektiivsete arendusprojektide kaasfinantseerimine kuni 30% ulatuses projekti maksumusest eeldusel, et projektile on olemas toimiv äriplaan ning tagatud võõrfinantseering; 4) Perspektiivsete elamukinnistute soetamine suuremates linnades. Eelistatud on mõõduka ehitusmahu ja kehtiva detailplaneeringutega kinnistud väljakujunenud elukeskkonnas. Nõukogu hinnangul on tänases majanduskeskkonnas kapitaliseeritus ja hea likviidsus Merko Ehituse konkurentsieeliseks ning seda tuleb julgemalt kasutada äriliste eesmärkide saavutamiseks. 30. juuni 2009 seisuga oli Merko Ehitus kontserni arvelduskontodel ja tähtajalistel hoiustel rahalisi vahendeid summas 557,8 miljonit krooni, ettevõtte lühiajaliste kohustuste kattekordaja oli 2,9 ning omakapital 2,1 miljardit krooni. 1 EUR = 15,6466 EEK Alar Lagus AS Merko Ehitus juhatuse liige tel. 6 805 109 alar.lagus@merko.ee

On 28 September 2009, the Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus approved the proposal of the Management Board for affording up to EEK 300 million of the company's funds to clients in co-financing of new construction contracts as well as financing the purchase of new real property, within the next 12 months. The Management Board of Merko Ehitus must adhere to the following priorities in the investment activities: 1) Participation in public sector PPP projects; 2) Provision of co-financing for public sector construction projects funded by the EU; 3) Co-financing of development projects with good potential, by providing up to 30% of the project cost, on the condition that the project has an effective business plan and that external financing has been secured; 4) Acquisition of residential properties with good potential in larger cities. Preferred properties: those with a moderate work volume and a valid detailed plan, located in a developed residential environment. Capitalisation and good liquidity are competitive advantages of Merko Ehitus upon judgement of the Supervisory Board and that should be used daringly to achieve commercial aims.
