Olulise osaluse muutus

Teade

Lähtudes väärtpaberituru seaduse paragrahvidest 185 ja 187 teatas               
fondihaldusfirma UAB SEB Investiciju Valdymas AS-ile Baltika, et firma poolt    
hallatava pensionifondi SEB pensija 2 osalus AS-is Baltika on ületanud 5%       
künnise.                                                                        

Vastavalt edastatud teatele omab fond seisuga 18. veebruar 2009. a. kokku 
1 040 641 AS-i Baltika aktsiat, mis moodustavad 5,58% AS-i Baltika
hääleõiguslikest 
aktsiatest.

Change in substantial shareholding

Teade

Pursuant to § 185 and § 187 of the Securities Market Act, the asset management  
company UAB SEB Investiciju Valdymas notified AS Baltika that the aggregate     
holding of its pension fund SEB pensija 2 has exceeded the 5% threshold of the  
voting stock in AS Baltika.                                                     

According to the notice, as of 18 February 2009, the number of shares held by   
the pension fund amounts to 1,040,641 which represents 5.58% of the total voting
shares of AS Baltika.
