Kontserni tütarettevõtte nõukogu liikme volituste pikendamine (AS Merko Ehitus Eesti)
Teade
ASi Merko Ehitus otsusega on pikendatud AS Merko Ehitus Eesti nõukogu liikme Urmas Somelar volitusi kuni 31. maini 2029. AS Merko Ehitus Eesti nõukogu jätkab neljaliikmelisena: Ivo Volkov (esimees), Tõnu Toomik, Urmas Somelar ja Martin Rebane.
AS Merko Ehitus Eesti (merko.ee) on tunnustatud Eesti ehitusettevõte, mis teostab üld-, insener- ja elamuehituse töid.

Extension of the powers of the Member of the Supervisory Board of a group’s subsidiary (AS Merko Ehitus Eesti)
Teade
According to a decision of AS Merko Ehitus, the powers of the Member of the Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, Mr. Urmas Somelar, have been extended until 31 May 2029. The Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti will continue with four members: Mr. Ivo Volkov (the Chairman), Mr. Tõnu Toomik, Mr. Urmas Somelar and Mr. Martin Rebane.
