Muudatused kontserni tütarettevõtete juhatustes

Alates 25.03.2026 on Nordecon AS-i tütarettevõtete Eurocon OÜ ja Swencn AB
juhatustest tagasi kutsutud Priit Luman. Eurocon OÜ uueks juhatuse liikmeks on
Richard Reiles ja Swencn AB uueks juhatuse liikmeks Helin Kikerpill.

Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (https://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab
ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise
projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni

Changes in management boards of group subsidiaries

Teade

As of 25 March 2026, Priit Luman has been recalled from the management boards of
Eurocon OÜ and Swencn AB, subsidiaries of Nordecon AS. Richard Reiles has been
appointed as the new management board member of Eurocon OÜ, and Helin Kikerpill
has been appointed as the new management board member of Swencn AB.
