Change in the management board of a subsidiary

The supervisory board of AS Kalev subsidiary AS Kalev Paide Tootmine has
elected Taavi Toots as a member of the management board of the public limited
company. 

Member of the management board of AS Kalev Paide Tootmine Taavi Toots has been
employed since July 2007 as CFO of AS Tere and serves on the supervisory board
of AS Tere. Since June 2007, Taavi Toots is a member of the supervisory board
of Solidum AS and Meieri Transport AS. 

Taavi Toots does not hold shares in AS Kalev.
