End of negotiations

On 11 March 2008, AS Ekspress Grupp announced the proposal by AS Eesti Post to
acquire the shares of AS Express Post from its current owners AS Ekspress Grupp
and AS Eesti Meedia. 
The parties have decided to end the negotiations without concluding a contract,
as the terms and conditions of the transaction could not be agreed upon. AS
Express Post will continue as an independent postal operator. 
The annual turnover of AS Express Post in 2007 was MEEK 72 and operating profit
(EBITDA) MEEK 4.7. AS Ekspress Grupp owns 50% of the shares of AS Express Post.
