TKM BEAUTY SÕLMIS ÜÜRILEPINGU UUE KAUPLUSE AVAMISEKS

15. mail 2008 sõlmis Tartu Kaubamaja AS tütarfirma OÜ TKM Beauty üürilepingu kinnisvaraarendajaga OÜ Aida Partnerid uue kaubamärgi I.L.U. all avatava ilupoe opereerimiseks Pärnus aadressil Aida 7. OÜ TKM Beauty poolt renditava pinna suuruseks on 380 m². Kauplus planeeritakse avada 2008. aasta oktoobris ning saab olema esimene I.L.U. kaubamärgi all tegutsev ilupood. Eelnevalt on sõlmitud rendilepingud Tartus ja Riias, kus kaupluste avamine on planeeritud vastavalt 2009. ja 2010. aastal. TKM Beauty OÜ on Tallinna Kaubamaja kontserni 100%-line tütarettevõte, mille tegevuse eesmärgiks on Balti riike hõlmava ilutooteid müüva kauplusteketi rajamine ja tegevuse koordineerimine. CONTRACT FOR OPENING NEW BEAUTY STORE
Teade
On May 15, 2008 OÜ TKM Beauty, daughter company of Tartu Kaubamaja AS, concluded a lease agreement with a real estate developer OÜ Aida Partnerid for operating a beauty store at Aida 7, Pärnu. The total lease area is 380 sq m. The new store will be opened in Oct 2008 and it will be the first beauty store under the new I.L.U. brand. Lease agreements in Tartu and Riga have been signed earlier and the stores are scheduled for opening in 2009 and 2010 respectively. TKM Beauty OÜ is a 100% subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja group. The purpose of the company is the development and operation of the pan-Baltic I.L.U. beauty store chain. 15 beauty stores are to be rolled out across the Baltic States within the next 3-4 years.
