Changes in the share capital of AS Printall and AS Delfi

Teade

AS Ekspress Grupp resolved to reduce the share capital of AS Printall from 68
244 600 kroons to 18 244 600 kroons and to increase the share capital of AS
Delfi (Eesti) by 20 000 kroons with the supplementary contribution of 7 360 000
kroons by setting off its claim against AS Delfi. Both companies are owned 100%
by AS Ekspress Grupp.  These changes in the share capital do not affect the
ownership structure of the companies.
