Olulise osaluse muutus

Teade

Lähtudes väärtpaberituru seaduse paragrahvidest 185 ja 187 teatas               
fondihaldusfirma BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. AS-ile     
Baltika, et firma poolt hallatavate fondide (edaspidi ühiselt "Fondid") osalus  
AS-is Baltika on vähenenud alla 5%-i.                                           

Vastavalt edastatud teatele omavad Fondid (kokku 5 tk) seisuga 19. veebruar     
2008. a. kokku 886,126 AS-i Baltika aktsiat, mis moodustab 4.75% AS-i Baltika   
hääleõiguslikest aktsiatest.

Change in substantial shareholding

Teade

Pursuant to § 185 and § 187 of the Securities Market Act, the asset management  
company BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. notified AS Baltika 
that the aggregate holding of its funds (hereinafter “Funds”) fell below the 5% 
threshold of the voting stock in AS Baltika.                                    

According to the notice, as of 19 February 2008, the number of shares held by   
the Funds (altogether 5 entities) amounts to 886,126 which represents 4.75% of  
the total voting shares of AS Baltika.
