AS Eesti Ehituse tütarettevõtja AS Aspi sõlmis lepingu Järva maakonna riigimaanteede hooldetööde teostamiseks

AS Eesti Ehitus 100% omanduses olev tütarettevõtja AS Aspi sõlmis lepingu Põhja Regionaalse Maanteeameti poolt hallatavate Järva maakonna riigimaanteede hooldetööde teostamiseks ajavahemikul 01.01.2008.a. kuni 31.12.2015.a. Töid finantseerib Maanteeamet. Hoolde esimese aasta (01.01.2008.a. - 31.12.2008.a.) tööde lepinguline maksumus on 49 641 041 krooni (3 172 641 eurot) koos 18%-lise käibemaksuga. Järgmiste aastate hoolde maksumuse määramisel lähtutakse esimesel aastal teostatud tavahooldetööde maksumustest ja säilitusremondi tööde ühikuhindadest, mida korrigeeritakse Statistikaameti ehitushinna koondindeksi muutusega. 2008.a. hindades arvutatuna on lepingu maksumuseks kokku 397 128 328 krooni (25 381 126 eurot) koos käibemaksuga. AS Aspi, a subsidiary of AS Eesti Ehitus , acquires a national road maintenance contract in Järva County

AS Eesti Ehitus' wholly-owned subsidiary AS Aspi has concluded a contract on the maintenance of national roads in Järva County during the period 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2015. The roads are administered by the Road Administration of the Northern Region and the project will be funded by the Estonian Road Administration. The agreed cost of the first year's (1 January 2008 - 31 December 2008) maintenance amounts to 49,641,041 kroons (3,172,641 euros) including 18% VAT. The cost of the following years' maintenance will be determined based on the cost of ordinary maintenance delivered over the first year and the unit prices of maintenance works, adjusted for changes in the construction price index as published by the Statistical Office of Estonia. Based on the prices for 2008, the total cost of the contract amounts to 397,128,328 kroons (25,381,126 euros) including VAT.
