Arco Vara AS-i dividendimakse ex-päev
Teade
Arco Vara AS informeerib, et vastavalt kinnitatud dividendipoliitikale fikseeritakse dividende saama õigustatud aktsionäride nimekiri 6. septembril 2024 Nasdaq CSD Eesti arveldussüsteemi tööpäeva lõpu seisuga ja seega väärtpaberitega seotud õiguste muutumise päev (ex-päev) on 5. september 2024. Alates sellest kuupäevast ei ole aktsiaid omandanud isik õigustatud saama dividende 2023. majandusaasta eest 13. septembril 2024. Arco Vara AS maksab dividende aktsionäridele netosummas 1 eurosenti aktsia kohta 13. septembril 2024. Järgmised kinnitatud dividendimaksed on 2 eurosenti aktsia kohta 13. detsembril 2024 ja 1 eurosenti aktsia kohta 13. märtsil 2025. Dividend payment ex-date of Arco Vara AS

Arco Vara AS informs that the list of shareholders who are entitled to dividends shall be fixed on 6(th) of September 2024, as at the end of the working day of Nasdaq CSD Estonian Settlement System, and therefore the dividend payment ex- date is on 5(th) of September 2024. From that date the new owner of the shares is not entitled to dividends for the year 2023 paid out on the 13(th) of September 2024. Arco Vara AS will pay dividends to the shareholders in the net amount of 1 euro cents per share on 13(th) September 2024. Next confirmed payments are the following: 2 euro cents per share on 13(th) of December 2024 and 1 euro cents per share on 13(th) of March 2025.
