EfTEN United Property Fund teeb investoritele väljamakse summas ligikaudu 260 000 eurot

EfTEN Capital AS kui EfTEN United Property Fund (väärtpaberi lühinimi EFCUPFFT, ISIN kood EE3500001609) fondivalitseja võttis vastu otsuse teha osakuomanikele rahaline väljamakse 10,451 euro senti osaku kohta. Väljamakse suurus moodustab 1,32% fondi osaku viimasest sulgemishinnast. See on EfTEN United Property Fundi esimene rahaline väljamakse 2024. aastal. Alates EfTEN United Property Fund noteerimisest Nasdaq Tallinna väärtpaberiturul 2022. a mais, on fond teinud investoritele väljamakseid 60,7 euro sendi ulatuses osaku kohta. Väljamakse aluseks on laekumised fondi kolmest alusfondist (EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS, EfTEN Kinnisvarafond II AS, usaldusfond EfTEN Residential Fund). Väljamakseid on õigus saada osakuomanikel, kes on kantud osakuomanike nimekirja 14. mail 2024. a fondi väärtpaberite registripidaja arveldussüsteemi tööpäeva lõpu seisuga (record date). Seega on fondi osakutega seotud õiguste muutmise päev (ex-date) 13. mai 2024. a. Alates sellest kuupäevast ei ole fondi osakuid omandanud isik õigustatud saama käesolevas teates avaldatud väljamakset. Väljamaksed osakuomanikele tehakse 23. mail 2024. a ülekandega osakuomaniku arveldusarvele. Seadusega ettenähtud juhtudel peetakse väljamakselt kinni tulumaks. EfTEN United Property Fund distributes approximately 260 000 euros to investors

EfTEN Capital AS, as the management company of the EfTEN United Property Fund (stock market ticker EFCUPFFT, ISIN code EE3500001609) decided to make a cash distribution of 10,451 euro cents per unit from the fund to the unitholders. The distribution constitutes 1,32 of the fund's latest closing price. This is the first distribution of the EfTEN United Property Fund in 2024. Since the listing of EfTEN United Property Fund on the Nasdaq Tallinn stock market in May 2022, the fund has made distributions in the amount of 60,7 euro cents per unit. The distribution is based on receipts from the fund's three underlying funds (EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS, EfTEN Kinnisvarafond II AS, EfTEN Residential Fund). The list of unitholders eligible for distribution will be fixed as of the end of the business day of the settlement system of the securities registry (record date) on May 14, 2024. Based on the above, the day of changing the rights related to the units of the fund (ex-date) is May 13, 2023. Starting from that date, the person acquiring the units of the fund does not participate in this distribution. The distribution to unitholders will be made on May 23, 2024 via cash transfer to unitholder's bank account and is subject to taxation according to the law.
