Enefit Greeni 2023. aasta auditeeritud aastaaruanne ja kasumi jaotamise ettepanek

Enefit Green AS (edaspidi Selts) nõukogu kiitis täna 3. aprillil toimunud koosolekul heaks Seltsi 2023. aasta auditeeritud aastaaruande ja saadab selle kinnitamiseks aktsionäride üldkoosolekule. Võrreldes 29. veebruaril 2024. a. avaldatud auditeerimata vahearuandega ei ole auditeeritud aastaaruandes olulisi erinevusi. Seltsi konsolideeritud 2023. aasta aastaaruanne ESEF formaadis koos lisatud sõltumatu vandeaudiitori aruandega on lisatud antud teatele ja tehakse kättesaadavaks Seltsi kodulehel aadressil https://enefitgreen.ee/investorile/ Kasumi jaotamise ettepanek Enefit Green grupi jaotamata kasum seisuga 31.12.2023 oli 223 718 tuhat eurot, sh 2023. aasta kasum 55 793 tuhat eurot. On its meeting today, 3 April 2024 the supervisory board of Enefit Green AS (hereinafter the ?Company") has approved the 2023 audited annual report of the Company and will submit it to the Annual General Meeting (hereinafter the ?AGM") for approval.
