Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association.

The Management Board of FON SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 21/03/2024, the Commercial Companies Register (Ariregister), competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company's Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 14/03/2024.

In connection with the above, the current wording of point 2.4 of the Company's Articles of Association is as follows:

"2.4.The minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 2 590 000 (two million five hundred ninety thousand) shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 10 360 000 (ten million three hundred and sixty thousand) shares."

The current number of shares issued by the Issuer is 2 850 000.

Attached to this report, the Issuer provides the current wording of the Articles of Association in the English and Estonian language versions.
