Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Hoone laiendustööd)

Nordecon AS ja Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute Keskus sõlmisid töövõtulepingu hoone laiendustöödeks Harjumaal. Tööde kogumaksumus on 2,18 miljonit eurot käibemaksuta ning objekt valmib 2024. aasta suvel. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Soomes, Ukrainas ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2022. aasta konsolideeritud auditeerimata müügitulu oli 323 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 660 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Construction contract (Extension works of facilities)

Nordecon AS and Centre of Defence Investments entered into a contract for the extension works of facilities in Harju County. The value of the contract is 2.18 million euros plus value added tax and the works will be completed in the summer of 2024. Nordecon (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment.
