The Management Board of the Issuer, i.e. FON SE with its registered office in Tallinn (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer"), hereby informs that on 29/07/2021 as a result of the end of the term of office of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the new 3-years term of office of Mr Damian Patrowicz commencing on 4/07/2021 and ending on 29/07/2024 establishing that the Management Board will consist of one member of the Management Board. |
