The Management Board of FON SE announces that today it has received information about the registration of the conversion of 1 425 000 series B shares to series A shares in the home deposit of NASDAQ CSD. As at the date of publication of the current report, the Company holds 52 500 000 shares: - 44 174 250 series A shares entitling to 100% dividend, - 8 325 750 series B shares entitling to 50% of the dividend.
