The Management Board of Resbud presents enclosed Annual Report 2019.
The Management Board of Resbud SE, seated in Tallinn, informs that today it received information from the auditor regarding the acceptance of the annual report for 2019 without objections. In accordance with the rules on public interest entities, the auditor's opinion must be reviewed by the second auditor. Only after its verification, the auditor will provide already prepared written opinion on the audit of the 2019 financial statements. According to the information provided by the auditor, a written and signed opinion will be submitted to the Company by 3 July 2020 at the latest. At the same time, the issuer informs that the Polish version of the report will be submitted on July 3, 2020 in the evening.

Zarząd Resbud SE prezentuje załączony Raport Roczny 2019.
Zarząd Resbud SE z siedzibą w Tallinie informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym otrzymał informację od audytora dotyczącą akceptacji raportu rocznego za 2019 rok bez zastrzeżeń. Zgodnie z przepisami dotyczącymi jednostek zainteresowania publicznego, opinia wydana przez audytora musi zostać zweryfikowana przez drugiego audytora. Dopiero po jej weryfikacji, audytor wyda uprzednio przygotowaną dla raportu pisemną opinię z badania sprawozdania finansowego za 2019 rok. Zgodnie z informacją przedstawioną przez audytora, podpisana pisemna opinia będzie wydana Spółce najpóźniej do 3 lipca 2020 roku. Jednocześnie emitent informuje, że wersja polska raportu zostanie przekazana 3 lipca 2020 roku w godzinach wieczornych. |
