Mr. Teet Roopalu, Member of the Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part
of AS Merko Ehitus group, has notified the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus
of his intention to decrease his work load and resulting from that of his
resignation from the position of the Member of the Supervisory Board starting
from 1 January 2020. As per the decision of the Management Board of AS Merko
Ehitus, the Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti will continue with three
members: Mr. Andres Trink (The Chairman), Mr. Tõnu Toomik and Mr. Martin Rebane.
The Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus expresses their gratitude to Mr. Teet
Roopalu for his extensive contribution to the management of AS Merko Ehitus
Eesti, the largest subsidiary of the group. Mr. Teet Roopalu will continue to
serve as a Member of the Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus group, the other
members being Mr. Toomas Annus and Mr. Indrek Neivelt. Mr. Teet Roopalu will
also continue to serve as a Member of the Management Boards of AS Riverito and
OÜ Järvevana, as well as a Member of the Supervisory Board of AS Kapitel.
