Inbank AS plans to issue subordinated bonds in the total volume of up to 8 EURm
with a redemption term of 10 years and with the issuer having premature
redemption right after 5 years.
The bonds are intended to be listed on the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange by the
end of 2019.
The terms and schedule of the bond issue are subject to the approval of the
Estonian Financial Supervision Authority.
