Kristi Ojakäär is to be appointed as a Member of the Management Board and Chief
Financial Officer of AS Tallinna Vesi, replacing existing Chief Financial
Officer Riina Käi. Kristi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration,
from Tallinn University of Technology, and has previous long-term experience as
a Chief Financial Officer, working in Olympic Entertainment Group, Microsoft
Eesti OÜ, Orlen Eesti OÜ and more recently Nordic Aviation Group AS.
Kristi Ojakäär is on the board of Riverturn OÜ. She does not own shares of AS
Tallinna Vesi.
