On 20 September 2019, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and
AS Tallinna Sadam entered into a contract for the construction of Terminal D
parking house at Lootsi 13/4, Tallinn.
The contract includes design and construction of a parking house accommodating
around 400 vehicles on one storey underground and four above ground.
The contract value is approximately EUR 3.7 million, plus value added tax. The
parking house is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2020.
