Keit Paal, Chairman of the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS
Merko Ehitus group, has informed the Supervisory Board of the company about his
decision not to continue at his position after the end of his contract on 14
November 2019. Keit Paal will continue as Chairman of the Management Board until
the end of his contract or until the new Chairman takes office.
Keit Paal started as the Chairman of the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus
Eesti in 2016 and he has worked in different positions in Merko group since
2002.
The Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti is grateful to Keit Paal´s
contribution in company´s development. The Supervisory Board has started search
for a new Chairman of the Management Board.

Estonia's leading construction company AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, the Latvian-
market-oriented SIA Merks, UAB Merko Statyba operating on the Lithuanian market,
