Based on the resolution of the Special General Meeting of Shareholders held on 21 August, the Supervisory Board of AS LHV Group approved the subscription price of EUR 11.5 per one new share at the planned share issue, of which EUR 1 is the nominal value and EUR 10.5 the premium.
