As stated in the stock exchange announcement published on 27 May
(https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=891759&me
ssageId=1122570), the supervisory board of AS LHV Varahaldus, a subsidiary of AS
LHV Group, passed a decision on 5 June 2019 appointing Vahur Vallistu a
management board member of AS LHV Varahaldus as of 6 June 2019 for a five year
term.
Pursuant to the aforementioned decision of the supervisory board, the term of
Mihkel Oja as a management board member shall be terminated on 19 June 2019.
After that the management board shall consist of two members.
