In February, AS LHV Group earnt EUR 1.97 million in consolidated net profit: AS
LHV Pank earnt EUR 1.47 million in net profit and AS LHV Varahaldus EUR 0.63
million.
"Despite the smaller number of days, February was the best month ever for LHV
both in terms of new customers as well as increased loan volumes. The bank
obtained more than 3,100 new customers within the month. Over the month, the
loan portfolio increased by EUR 44 million, whereas the portfolio of corporate
loans as well as retail loans, in particular home loans, demonstrated a fast
growth of EUR 32 million and EUR 12 million, respectively. Deposits increased by
EUR 68 million, while those of regular customers grew by EUR 36 million. Pension
funds increased by EUR 13 million. In February, we once again gained some
reassurance that we are able to speak to a large number of customers throughout
Estonia. We will also continue this direction in the near-term, offering the
most favourable everyday banking, adding new ATMs and issuing home loans in
bigger Estonian cities. The success of February originates from our own good
results in developing the service and electronic channels, yet, most definitely
the decisions of customers were also affected by the greater spotlight on the
