Northern Horizon Capital AS has applied to Nasdaq CSD SE for the cancellation of
255,969 Baltic Horizon Fund units. These units were purchased between 22 October
2018 and 14 December 2018 under a buy-back program. The total number of Baltic
Horizon Fund units before cancellation was 78,752,800 and will decrease to
78,496,831 after the cancellation. The cancellation is expected to be registered
within two business days.
All acquisitions through the buy-back program were made on Nasdaq Tallinn by SEB
Pank AS, acting as a broker for Baltic Horizon Fund.
The buy-back program lasts until 19 June 2019. Until then, Baltic Horizon Fund
may acquire up to 5 million units worth up to EUR 5 million at a price below the
most recent NAV.
